Six Juvenile Stakes Highlight Saturday Program Mandatory Payout Sunday of 20-Cent Rainbow 6

HALLANDALE BEACH, FL - Gulfstream Park West's 20-cent Rainbow 6 will have a guaranteed jackpot Saturday afternoon of $250,000

The Rainbow 6 will begin with race five. First race post is 12:35 p.m. There were multiple winning tickets Friday on the Rainbow 6 worth $8,069.14. The Rainbow 6 was hit last for $53,486.20 on Oct. 19.

If the Rainbow 6 is not hit Saturday, there will be a mandatory payout Sunday during Gulfstream Park West's final day of racing.

Saturday's program will be highlighted by Gulfstream Park West's Juvenile Showcase, featuring six stakes for 2-year-olds each with a $75,000 purse. Two undefeated colts will be featured on the day. Mr. Jordan is the 8-5 favorite in the Smooth Air at a mile while Richard the Great is the 5-2 favorite in the Buffalo Man at six furlongs. Both drew the rail.

No Injuries in 10th Race Spill

Jockeys Manoel Cruz, Jose Osorio Jr., and Tyler Gaffalione all walked away from a spill in Friday's last race. Root for the Cat and Harbor the Dream all got up from the spill while Spring Likeacobra was vanned off.
