Stacked Deck Wins Kennedy Road Stakes at Woodbine Racetrack

The rescheduled $200,000 G2 Kennedy Road Stakes was finally run Friday, November 25 at Woodbine in Toronto, Ontario. Horses three years old and upward took to Woodbine's All Weather Track and dashed six furlongs. Bruce Lunsford's 4-5 race favorite Stacked Deck, Canada's reigning champion sprinter just missed the track record and emerged victorious by a length in the field of eight. 7-1 shot Pink Lloyd finished second while Commute got in for third at 18-1 odds. Boreal Spirit came fourth and was followed home by 3-1 second choice Puntrooskie, Jacks Escarpment, Passion for Action and Colleen's Sailor to complete the order of finish. Touch of Disney scratched.
