Tannery Wins E.P. Taylor Stakes at Woodbine Racetrack
Las Vegas, NV - Woodbine in Toronto, Ontario played host to the $500,000 Grade 1 E. P. Taylor Stakes Sunday, October 27. 2-1 favorite Tannery emerged victorious in the 1 1/4 mile turf test for older fillies and mares. French invader Fitful Skies finished second while Moment in Time, a group III winner in Britain finished a good third. Canadian Stakes winner Minakshi was fourth followed by Samba Brazil, No Explaining, Irish Mission, Moment of Majesty, Colonial Flag, and Nancy O.
