Las Vegas, NV - The biggest race of the weekend - the $1.25 million Grade 1 Travers Stakes went down at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, New York on Saturday, August 23 and it provided a huge upset. 19-1 shot V.E. Day edged out stablemate Wicked Strong who was sent off at 5-2 odds by a nose at the wire for the biggest win of his life, with Belmont Stake winner Tonalist finishing third. Kid Cruz, Mr Speaker, Viva Majorca, Charge Now, Ulanbator, Commanding Curve, and 2-1 favorite Bayern completed the order of finish.
