Coup de Grace Wins Amsterdam Stakes at Saratoga Race Course

Las Vegas, NV - Saratoga Race Course was the scene of the $200,000 Grade 2 Amsterdam Stakes on Saturday, July 26 - a 6 1/2 furlong sprint for three year olds. 9-5 second choice Coup de Grace was best on the day winning by three lengths over C. Zee and 6-5 favorite Captain Serious who finished a somewhat disappointing third. John's Island, Casiguapo, Big Guy Ian, and Tiznowforamerica completed the order of finish. Noble Moon and Rock Fall scratched.
