Farhaan Wins Thunder Road Stakes at Santa Anita Park

Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California played host to the $100,000 G3 Thunder Road Stakes on Saturday, April 29. Horses three years old and upward were featured when they took to Santa Anita's turf track and raced one mile. Matthew Schera's 8-1 shot Farhaan posted his first ever graded stakes score - by three quarters of a length in the field of five. Perfectly Majestic finished second as the 7-2 co-second choice with two-time G2 winner and 6-5 race favorite Bolo fading to third. Fabozzi came in fourth, followed by Twentytwentyvision, the other 7-2 choice Sawyer's Hill, and Mithqaal, to complete the order of finish.
