Three year old fillies were featured when they took to Santa Anita's turf track and raced one mile. It was Spendthrift Farm's 30-1 longshot Cover Song that survived a long inquiry and recorded her first stakes victory - by just a nose. Heavy 3-2 favorite Danilovna finished second with Barleysugar getting up for third at 6-1 odds. 3-1 second choice Belvoir Bay tired to finish fifth, followed by Dreamarcher, Nodiac, Lookout Sister, Sweet Dragon Fly, and Great Page to complete the order of finish.
