Las Vegas, NV - The $200,000 Grade 2 Californian Stakes went down at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California on Saturday, May 30 as eight horses three years old and upward took to Santa Anita's dirt track and went 1 1/8 miles. Haras Santa Maria de Araras' Catch a Flight claimed his second straight graded victory as the 13-10 morning line favorite - by a length over Moreno who finished a game second and Hard Aces who was 3 1/2 lengths back in third. Blue Tone finished an even fourth, followed by Sammy Mandeville, Lideris, Big Cazanova, and Bailoutbobby, to complete the order of finish. You Know I Know was scratched.
