Outstrip Wins Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf at Santa Anita Park
Las Vegas, NV - The $1 million Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf was contested at Santa Anita Friday, November 1. Godolphin Racing's English bred Outstrip posted the upset victory in the field of 13 by a half length over Irish shipper Giovanni Boldini, who had taken a brief lead in mid-stretch and 7-5 favorite Bobby's Kitten got up for third. Bon Accord was fourth, followed by Got Shades, Bashart, Aotearoa, Poker Player, Wilshire Boulevard, Ontology, Shamshon, Home School, and All Cash.
