Ben's Cat Wins Parx Dash at Parx Racing
Las Vegas, NV - The $200,000 Grade 3 Parx Dash Handicap went down at Delaware Park on Saturday, July 12 - a race that should be renamed the Ben's Cat Handicap. For the third straight year the King Leatherbury trainee won his favorite race as a trio of 5-2 co-favorites earned all the show spots. Two-time Pennsylvania Governor's Cup winner Tightend Touchdown finished in a familiar spot - behind Ben's Cat also at 5-2 odds while Marchman finished third - also at 5-2 odds. Bold Thunder came fourth, followed by Sharp Sensation, Stormofthecentury, Mongolian Saturday, This Ain't No Bull, and Atlantic Seaboard. The mare Quality Lass was scratched.
