Kitten's Point Wins Bewitch Stakes at Keeneland
Las Vegas, NV - Keeneland turf in Lexington, Kentucky played host to the $150,000 Grade 3 Bewitch Stakes on Saturday, Friday, April 24. Augustin Stables' homebred Kitten's Point closed impressively after trailing by as much as 10 1/2 lengths to claim victory at 5-1 odds. 11-1 shot Cay Dancer finished a good second, a half-length back with longshot Maria Maria got up for third at 40-1 odds. Courtesan was fourth, followed by Lots o' Lex, White Rose, Antonia Autumn, Tabreed, Street of Gold, Hellenistic, Caroline Thomas, Anipa, Tapnfire, and Annabird, to complete the order of finish. Honey Lake and Tuttipaesi were also-eligible scratches.
