Las Vegas, NV - The $500,000 Grade 1 Juddmonte Spinster Stakes went down at Keeneland in Lexington, Kentucky Sunday, October 5. Emollient went last to first to record victory by 1 1/4 lengths as the only three year old in the field. The win guarantees a spot in the $2 million Breeders' Cup Distaff Nov. 1 at Santa Anita Park. Summer Applause finished a game second while Wine Princess finished well back in third. Sisterly Love was a neck back in fourth followed by Open Water, second choice Byrama, Hard Not to Like, Hard to Resist, Closing Range, Sisterhood, and On Fire Baby.
