Las Vegas, NV - The $100,000 Grade 3 British Columbia Premiers Handicap took place at Hastings Racecourse in Vancouver British Columbia Monday, October 14. Second choice Commander emerged victorious for the second straight year in the Premiers over slight favorite Title Contender by 1 1/4 lengths. Wilo Kat finished a distant third while Brass and Gold, Iscar, Toccative, Shooting Jacket, Jebrica and Senor Rojo completed the order of finish.
