Awesome Banner Wins Swale Stakes at Gulfstream Park

Las Vegas, NV - Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida played host to the $150,000 Grade 2 Swale Stakes on Saturday, January 30. Jacks or Better Farm's homebred, 4-5 favorite Awesome Banner went wire-to wire and remained unbeaten in the seven furlong test for three year olds. Economic Model rallied to finish second at 3-1 odds, while Richie the Bull finished evenly for third at 6-1. Noholdingback Bear was fourth, followed by Ready Dancer and Cardio Cowboy to complete the order of finish.
