G. G. Ryder Wins All American Stakes at Golden Gate Field

The $100,000 G3 All American Stakes was contested Memorial Day Monday, May 29 at Golden Gate Fields in Berkeley, California - a one mile All Weather Track test for horses three years old and upward. In a thrilling finish George Todaro's 10-1 shot G. G. Ryder prevailed in a four-horse race to the sprint - his second win in his race in three years. 6-1 third choice Flamboyant finished a head back in second with even-money favorite Alert Bay another head back in third. Street Lad was fourth with 5-1 second choice Dalmore, Star Student, Point Piper, Ike Walker and Camino Del Paraiso completing the order of finish.
