Gamay Noir Wins Obeah Stakes at Delaware Park
Las Vegas, NV - The Grade 3 Obeah Stakes was contested at Delaware Park in Stanton, Delaware on Saturday, June 14. Second choice Gamay Noir came from last place to post a half length victory at 7-2 odds in the 1 1/8 mile test - her second career graded stakes win. Montana Native finished a very good second while Ambusher finished a decent third. 2-1 favorite Zucchini Flower was a somewhat disappointing fourth with Flash Forward finishing fifth followed by coupled entry with Gamay Noir - Golden Production, Blue Violet, and Daydreamin Gracie.
