Las Vegas, NV - The $300,000 Grade 1 Bing Crosby Stakes took place at Del Mar on Sunday, July 28. It was Points Offthebench, in his first ever stakes race that posted the impressive win at 3-1 odds in a field that included a pair of Grade 1 winners - Jimmy Creed and Comma to the Top - both of which were sent off at 3-1 odds. Goldencents, fifth in the Preakness Stakes came up for second as the slight 19-10 favorite and Jimmy Creed finished third. Majestic City was fourth, followed by Comma to the Top and Coach Bob.
