Imperative Wins Charles Town Classic at Charles Town Races
Las Vegas, NV - The lucrative $1.5 million Grade 2 Charles Town Classic went down Saturday - a field of six older entries were after the $1 million first prize when they went 1 1/8 miles on Charles Town's main track. It was heavily favored Game On Dude that walked away with the very nice first prize by just a half length over the tough field. Clubhouse Ride, at 12-1, finished second, a nose ahead of 7-2 Ron the Greek. Percussion held for fourth, followed by Caixa Eletronica and Isn't He Perfect.
