Walter Swinburn's Legendary earned his first graded stakes win by 1 3/4 lengths at 4-1 odds with 5-2 favorite Up With the Birds finishing second in the field of just six and 7-2 shot Mshawish getting up for a good third. Plainview, Speaking of Which, and Winning Cause completed the order of finish. Za Approval and Tricky Hat were scratched, and Easter Gift was entered for the main track only.
