Bobby's Kitten Wins Pilgrim Stakes at Belmont Park
Las Vegas, NV - Belmont Park turf in Elmont, New York was the scene of the Grade 3 Pilgrim Stakes Sunday, October 6. Bobby's Kitten rolled to a 6 1/4-length victory as the slight 9-5 favorite in the nine horse field while Shadow Banking finished second and Captain`s Affair finished third. They were followed by Due Diligence, Blue Pigeon, Sheldon, Marvin's Miracle, and Sandy Point. Bobby`s Kitten will be pointed toward the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf at Santa Anita Park Nov. 1.
