Hyper Wins Bowling Green Handicap at Belmont Park
Las Vegas, NV - The $250,000 Grade 2 Bowling Green Handicap took place on Belmont Park's inner turf course Saturday, September 7. Chad Brown trained Hyper recorded his first graded stakes victory in the 1 1/4 mile test by a half length as the 5-2 second choice. Dale Romans trained Finnegans Wake finished a good second while Boisterous, the 3-5 favorite and 122-pound highweight, was two lengths farther back in third. Quick Casablanca, London Lane, and Farhaan completed the order of finish.
